At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference before October 20th.
Each registration includes one paper only.
Extra papers need to be registered by the same author at $125 AUD per paper, or by a new author at one of the above relevant rates.
Each paper must be 4-6 pages long. If a paper is over 6 pages, an extra page charge must be paid by the registering author at $25 AUD per page.
The authors that do not register prior to this deadline will not have their papers included in the conference proceedings and schedule.
You can download your receipt (invoice) as soon as your register from the online registration portal.
Registration after October 20th is only allowed if not registering a paper. Registration in this period will be $100 AUD more.
Terms and Conditions
The registration fee includes the cost of conference material and online attendance at conference sessions.
This Conference will be held online and thus, there will be no lunches, morning and afternoon tea, and Conference Banquet.
Registrations should be online, using Visa or Master credit/debit cards, and via the online registration portal. All transactions will appear on your bank statement as a payment to “Conference on Power and Energy Systems”.
Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
All registration fees are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of zero dollars.
Returns and Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to the Conference Secretary. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Conference Secretary.
Cancellation before November 1st, 2020 will receive a full refund of fees paid minus an administration fee of $50 AUD. There will be no refunds for cancellation after November 1st.
